According to her, Kyeiwaa, also known as Rose Mensah, now washes bowls and sells food in the USA to make ends meet. Nana Yaa Brefo made this revelation while speaking to Kumawood actor, Papa Kumasi, on the Badwam show. The host made this disclosure when the two were discussing the poor financial state of the movie industry in Kumasi and the quality of their movies. Using Kyeiwaa as a reference to buttress her point that the movie industry has collapsed, the outspoken host revealed that Kyeiwaa now sells local food and washes plates for survival in the United States, where she currently lives.
